Cleanlux Solutions was founded in 2026 — but the expertise behind it spans more than three decades. Our founder, Rocio Alfaro, began her career in commercial cleaning in the early 1990s and spent the next 35 years refining a standard that most companies simply don't reach.

Her previous company, Greenleaf Cleaning, established in 2014, built a reputation for reliability and precision across Southwest Florida. In 2026, she made a deliberate decision: to take everything she'd learned and build a company focused exclusively on the environments where quality matters most — premier country clubs and private member facilities.

Cleanlux Solutions is that company. Every process, every hire, and every standard reflects what three and a half decades of doing this work actually teaches you.

Where It Began

Rocio Alfaro entered the commercial cleaning industry and began developing the attention-to-detail approach that would define her career — understanding that the work isn't just about cleanliness, it's about trust.

After years in the field, Rocio launched Greenleaf Cleaning — a commercial janitorial company serving Lee and Collier County. Over the following decade, the company built a strong reputation for consistency and reliability across Southwest Florida.

Recognizing the unmet need for a truly specialized janitorial partner in the country club market, Rocio rebranded and relaunched as Cleanlux Solutions — a company designed from the ground up to serve premier private clubs and member facilities at a level general commercial cleaners simply cannot match.
