Yes. Our teams arrive with everything the job needs, and we choose products carefully for finish-sensitive homes. If you prefer specific products in your home, tell us and we will use them.
Most of our clients are not home when we clean. We document your access instructions, alarm codes, and key handling, assign a known team to your home, and keep your information private. Discretion is part of the service.
Final cleans are scheduled around your walkthrough date: tell us the date and we plan backward from it. Most projects can be scheduled within days. Larger or multi-phase projects should be booked as early as your schedule allows.
Yes. Cleanlux Solutions is licensed and insured, with cleaning coverage that includes both residential and commercial work - including accidental damage to carpets, countertops, and contents. One limitation to know: window cleaning above three stories falls outside our coverage. If your builder, HOA, or property manager needs documentation, we are happy to provide it.
